Shipping And Returns
We check all merchandise for defects and damage prior to shipment . Please inspect your items promptly upon receipt for shipping errors or manufacturing defects. Defective merchandise must be reported within 5 days of receipt.
We want to process your order as quickly as possible, so if you happen to change your mind, send a cancellation request to info@Staremore.com right away! Note that sending a request does not automatically cancel your order. We will contact you as soon as we receive your request to let you know if your cancellation has been processed. Unfortunately, orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.
Getting your order
Certain designers make the pieces when the item is ordered, if this is the case please allow for extra time on delivery. If you order items with different availability times, we will ship your order when your complete order becomes available.
Made to Order and Personalized Orders May Take 2-6 WEEKS TO SHIP. If you order other items in addition to a made to order or personalized item, they will all ship together.
HOW WE SHIP
Orders are processed Monday through Friday with the exception of holidays.
Although we check all merchandise for defects and damage prior to shipment, it is the responsibility of the buyer to check the product promptly upon its arrival to make sure it is free of any defects. If defect is found, it is your responsibility to contact us right away so that we can correct the issue immediately. Goods damaged due to buyers' negligence will not be accepted for refund.
Please allow 2-3 business days for in stock orders to be processed.
Some orders may take 3 or more weeks to deliver.
Delivery times displayed are only estimates and do not take into consideration delays due to holidays, customs clearance etc. Addresses in remote areas may require additional delivery time.
We do our best to help your items get to you in time, however, we are not responsible for packages delivered outside the estimated time frame.In some cases we may require the signature of an adult 21 years or older at the time of delivery at recipient's address .
We are not responsible for packages that are lost or not delivered due to an insufficient or incorrect address or a full mailbox. If the package is returned to us you are responsible for the shipping cost to reship the merchandise.
STAREMORE.COM offers complimentary free ground shipping on your purchase of $50(USD) or more before tax, discounts and other charges. Free shipping offer applies to an order shipped to single address within the Contiguous United States .If the offer has a minimum purchase requirement, taxes, shipping and handling, and other charges do not apply when determining the minimum purchase amount.
Returning your order
After the product’s original condition has been verified, we will issue a refund, store credit or perform an exchange. Most refunds are processed within seven (7) to ten (10) business days of receipt.
Note that not all refunds are equal so please contact us before sending your order back.
You can return qualifying item(s) for a refund or credit within 30 days of the ship date.Unless the item is returned due to a manufacturing defect or because we shipped the wrong item, the original shipping fees associated with your order will not be refunded.
Returned items must be:
- Unworn and in new condition
- In their original packaging and original price ticket attached to the merchandise
- Sale items and personalized items are FINAL SALE
Packages requiring COD or other fees will be not be accepted or deducted from your refund.
The shipping fees related to the returned item are the customer’s responsibility. This includes fees to return the item to our facility as well as fees related to shipping a replacement item to the customer, when applicable.
We advise all customers to return their items via a carrier (like UPS or FedEx) that provides a tracking number. Return shipments which are lost in transit are not the responsibility of Staremore .
UPON RECEIPT OF RETURNED ITEM
We inspect all returned items within five (5) to seven (7) business days of receipt. Any item that is received in a condition that is not new or that does not include all of its original packaging, original price ticket attached to the merchandise, including gift boxes and certificates of authenticity, will be returned to the customer.
